Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. You will be informed promptly if your order falls under this category.

Damages & Issues
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right — either with a replacement or refund.
